About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on sandanuwantraders.com and to use of this website. The site is operated by Sandanuwan Traders, 244B/4 Asgiriya Road, Gampaha 11000 — phone 071 319 9029, email [email protected]. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Prices & products

• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order.
• Product images are for illustration; tread patterns and markings can vary between production batches of the same model.
• Stock shown online is updated daily but is not guaranteed until we confirm your order. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors; if an item's correct price is higher than shown, you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed once we verify it with you by phone or WhatsApp. Orders we cannot confirm after 3 attempts to reach you may be cancelled.
• We accept direct bank transfer. Orders are confirmed once your payment slip has been uploaded and checked by our team.
• Bank-transfer orders are dispatched after funds clear in our account.
• Online payments are processed by the payment gateway on its secure pages; we never see or store card details.

Delivery

• We deliver islandwide. The delivery charge for your district is shown at checkout; orders over LKR 50,000.00 ship free.
• Typical delivery is next working day within the Western Province and 2–3 working days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel when you receive it and report damage within 48 hours.

Returns, refunds & warranty

Returns, exchanges, refunds and the 3 year tyre warranty are governed by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Fitting & use

• Free fitting, balancing and pressure checks apply to tyres purchased from us, at our Gampaha workshop, during opening hours (Mon – Sat 8.30am – 6.30pm · Sunday 9am – 1pm).
• Tyres must be fitted, inflated and used according to the manufacturer's and the vehicle maker's specifications. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitment elsewhere, overloading or incorrect pressures.

Website use

• Content on this site (text, images, the Sandanuwan Traders name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. Brand names and logos of tyre manufacturers belong to their respective owners.
• You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability & law

• Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer protection law.
• Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time you order applies to that order.
